We hope you’ll enjoy summer in the mountains at a schedule that works for you! The official start to the wedding weekend events will take place the evening of Thursday, July 4th. Farewells and departures are scheduled for Sunday, July 7th.

Our vision is to have all of our guests staying together at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail with us, so that we have more opportunities to see you and this will make the weekend all the more fun! We have negotiated a very special room block rate for our wedding. All transportation, amenities, and gifts planned for the wedding weekend will be available to our guests staying at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail.

We strongly encourage guests to book a room at our host hotel to ensure the best possible experience during our wedding weekend.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking. Remaining charges will be processed 30 days from arrival. Cancellation and full refund of deposit is available prior to the 30 day arrival window. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit deposit and the guest is responsible for the full reservation balance. Please refer to the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail’s policies during the booking process for complete information.

There are several airport options to consider depending on where you are traveling from. We’ve listed a few of the available airports on the travel page, but please keep in mind that other regional airports are in proximity to Vail and JSX has available nearby routes as an alternative to commercial flights.

Please plan for increased traffic volume during the holiday weekend and allow time in your travel itinerary for both flight and commute delays.

There are a variety of private and public transportation options available to guests. Please refer to our travel page for more information and links to transportation services. Note that the Four Seasons will be happy to assist with any transportation arrangements.

Once you arrive in Vail, the hotel is conveniently located within Vail Village and is within walking distance of all of the wonderful shops, restaurants, entertainment, and local excursions. Vail Village offers complimentary bus services with multiple routes operating daily to transport guests to area attractions within the village.

During the wedding weekend, the wedding welcome party and rehearsal dinner will be within walking distance of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail. The ceremony and reception will take place at the Four Seasons. We will be happy to make arrangements for transportation to and from these events for guests with limited mobility.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from traveling to Vail with guests under the age of 18. Due to limited capacity, all wedding events will be reserved for guests 18+ and are by invitation only. Please be aware that our wedding weekend venues and experiences have age restrictions; with that in mind, we appreciate your understanding of our request and hope you’ll enjoy an opportunity for some R&R!

Once you arrive in Vail, we will be providing guests with a guide to our favorite shops, restaurants, and excursions in Vail. If you’d like to plan any experiences in advance, the Vail website offers helpful resources for summer activities.

Guests will have free time during the day to enjoy all that Vail has to offer and we hope that you enjoy exploring one of our most-loved destinations!
